Finding the right location
We assist in finding ideal location and designing a home for your land. Our builders ensure land suitability, size, dimensions, aspect alignment, and meeting your family’s needs and budget.

Building Quotes
Explore our diverse range of pre-designed plans for inspiration, or collaborate with our design team to develop your own unique ideas. Receive prompt assistance in drafting, design, and pricing before finalizing contracts.

Contract & Deposit
Upon contract acceptance, a 5% deposit is to be paid enabling all preliminary requirements to take place in order to obtain council approval.

Submission of Council Plans
Our team will organise your council application and submission to ensure a fast approval time.

Colour Selection
Radisson Property Group offers a colour consultant to help you choose colours and fittings for your new home. Locally sourced products are available at major hardware stores, with color charts provided for remote clients.

Start of Construction
Upon Council approval, construction will be scheduled to commence on or before the agreed start date.

Construction Period
Regular updates will be provided to the client and our builders may be contacted directly at any time during construction.

Taking Possession
Upon final completion, you will be invited to inspect your new home with the builder. Once both parties are happy and final payment has been made, you will be presented with your personal keys.
